Samsung’s exhibit, its biggest yet at KBIS, includes products and
programs to set builders and designers up for success
LAS VEGAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. today announced a significantly expanded
presence at the 2019 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) February 19-21,
underscoring the company’s investment in the US home builder industry.
Samsung’s exhibit, which will be located in Booth #C6716 at the Las
Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), will feature 11,200 square feet of
interaction and education to support the building industry’s success in
2019 and beyond. The booth, Samsung’s biggest presence ever at KBIS,
will measure over 8,000 square feet larger than last year’s.
A Connected Living environment will highlight the company’s growing
eco-system of smart home innovations, while the Family Hub Theater will
showcase advancements in Samsung’s award-winning connected refrigerator.
Other booth sections will spotlight the company’s leadership in on-trend
design, its Chef Collection line of premium appliances, and design and
innovations in laundry.
Also on display will be Samsung’s comprehensive assortment of kitchen
and laundry packages, offering a wide variety of options to customize
the kitchen and laundry room for any new home or apartment. The multiple
kitchen packages will include built-ins, new handle designs,
range-focused selections (slide-in and built-in), and base packages.
“Samsung’s KBIS presence reflects our strategic investment in the home
building, remodeling and property management industries. In a rapidly
changing housing market, builders need a partner that understands a new
generation of technology-savvy home buyers and apartment renters,” said
Tom Halford, Vice President, Premium and Builder Brands at Samsung
Electronics America. “With our global reach, deep category experience,
and investment in R & D, no one knows the market better than Samsung. We
help builders convert prospects into closings while setting them up for
long-term success.”
Samsung’s commitment to the home builder industry is stronger than ever.
In addition to having the broadest line of home appliances and a
dedicated workforce to exclusively serve the builder market, Samsung
offers builders a dedicated national builder sales and marketing
organization, and a national distribution network. Other elements of its
builders program include channel exclusive products, a 48-hour
turnaround on quotes, exceptional service support during pre- and
post-close purchase phases, industry leading warranty programs, and
Samsung’s Friends and Fans affinity program.
To broaden its builder presence in key U.S. markets, Samsung recently
opened Home Showcase Showrooms in two leading home building markets,
Atlanta and Dallas. These showrooms will give builders, designers and
distributors the tools, insights and products to help take their
businesses to the next level by showcasing Samsung’s innovations and
